Sales Policy : |

We require a deposit of 50% to confirm your reservation for group tour. This deposit can be transferred to our Bank Account or by cradit card via our secure payment link. The balance can be transferred to our Bank Account 15 days before the start of your holiday for group tour. Altenatively, you may wish to pay the balance on arrival in Thailand in local currency. Some hotels may make extra person charges. Credit card or cash deposits may be charged by hotels for incidental expenses. All special requests are subject to availability on check-in. |

Promotion Policy :Reservations will be made by Siam P.D. Tour at the full amount of the package / programme on the confirmation of the reservation. |

Terms of Payment and Cancellation : |
|
Cancellation charges will be based on the circumstances and will take into account the date of notification and the actual expenses incurred by Siam P.D.Tour. There may be cancellation charges from hotels, carriers, restaurants etc depending on the circumstances both of cancellation or no shows based on the date of notification and the actual expense incurrred. There are no refunds for unused portions of any tour or unused services. Claims must be made by in writing and received by the tour operator within 10 days of the end of the holiday. |

Changes to services and prices : |

After receiving your booking request we will check availability and confirm availability by email, fax or phone. As soon as you confirm your booking by transferring the deposit amount of 50% to our company account we will arrange and book your selected package. The outstanding 50% can be paid on arrival in local currency or by transfer to our company account 15 days before the commencement of the holiday |
